Empowering pharmacy consumers to take an active role in their health

• Assisting consumers in maintaining a comprehensive medication list that is both up-to-date and accurate (prescription medication, over-the-counter medication and food supplements). Maintaining the list requires only that consumers hand the DrugOnCard medical safety card to the sales clerk when purchasing at the pharmacy.

• Warn consumers regarding potential risks associated with medications including drug-drug interaction checking based on the comprehensive drug list, current and relevant information regarding their prescriptions.

• Providing a printed medication list with associated warnings and other relevant medical information to be used when seeking medical advice and treatment.

• Offer consumers targeted, relevant and valuable promotional offers (coupons, sales etc…) that are tailored to their needs offering them unique value at the point of sale.
